Shipping & Returns
As we're an online store only, we don't have a physical location for customers to visit.
However, our shipping is handled by CTT – Portuguese Mail, who take care of delivery from A to Z. In short, we produce and sell products with original designs, created specifically to improve the lives of parents and children.
At BEAUMMY, we try to ship packages as quickly as possible. While our main focus is on fast shipping, delivery times can take up to 5 business days for mainland Portugal during busier periods.
Shipping is divided into two destination sections:
- Mainland Portugal: Arrives within 2-3 business days (if your order is placed by 12pm the previous day)
- Portuguese Islands: Arrives within 5-7 business days (if your order is placed by 12pm the previous day)
- Within the European Union (can take 4 to 5 business days)
- Outside the European Union (can take 5 to 10 business days)
Notice: Please bear in mind the challenging shipping times and remember your order may take a little longer than usual to arrive. Feel free to contact us if your order exceeds the estimated delivery date.
Return Policy
All purchases made within the European Union are automatically covered by the 14-Day Cool Off Period — a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return, no questions asked, as long as the product hasn't been opened.
Conditions:
- The item cannot be a promotional item.
- The company does not refund shipping costs.
- The item must be shipped back to the company.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@beaummy.com. If your return is accepted, there are two options:
- We'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package - for a fee of €4.50.
- You arrange and pay for your own shipping to the address provided by the company.
Return shipping costs are not the responsibility of the company.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
